180 Day Growth Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

Kiri10 offers a 180 Day Growth Guarantee because we know that real hair recovery takes time and consistency. If you follow the programme for 180 days and do not see results, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility and Purchase Requirements

This guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made directly through kiri10.com. Purchases made through third-party stockists, retailers, or any other platform are not eligible for this guarantee. This is because Kiri10 is only able to verify purchase history, pricing, and product authenticity for orders placed directly through our website.

If you have purchased through a stockist and have questions about returns or satisfaction, please contact the retailer directly in line with their own returns policy.

2. Consistent Use (180 Days)

To qualify, customers must demonstrate consecutive, uninterrupted use over the full 180-day period from the date of first purchase.

Supplements (KiriGlow)

Your order history must show continuous supply coverage for the full 180 days, with no significant gaps or pauses.

In practice, this means the supply purchased must reasonably cover six months of daily use (for example, two 3-month bundles purchased consecutively, or a monthly subscription that runs continuously throughout the 180-day period).

The guarantee does not apply where there are significant gaps between purchases (for example: purchasing one month's supply, stopping for several weeks or months, then purchasing again and claiming at the 180-day mark).

Haircare (Shampoo / Conditioner / Serum)

For best results, our system is designed to work as a complete inside-and-out routine.

We recommend washing approximately 2 times per week (or as suits your hair type) and using the haircare consistently throughout the 180-day period.

For guarantee assessment, "consistent use" means your haircare purchases align with reasonable usage over time. For many customers this is approximately a 3-month replenishment cycle, depending on hair length, washing frequency, and how generously product is applied.

Note: Everyone's routine is different. If you are unsure whether your purchase history meets the consistency requirement, please contact us before you reach Day 180 and we will help you work it out.

3. Before and After Photos (Required)

To submit a claim, you must provide timestamped, unfiltered, unedited photos taken:

  • Before starting (Day 1 / prior to first use), and

  • At the 180-day point (Day 180)

Photos must be clear and include:

  • Front hairline

  • Top / scalp / part line

  • Back / crown

Photos should be taken in consistent lighting and from similar angles where possible.

4. Claim Window (30 Days)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of reaching your 180-day mark, calculated from the date of your first eligible purchase. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

5. Refund Amount and Shipping Exclusion

Refunds under this guarantee are capped at a maximum of $600 NZD per customer or household.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

6. One Claim Per Customer

To keep this guarantee fair for all customers, the guarantee is limited to one claim per customer. This is determined by name, email address, and/or residential address. Claims submitted using multiple email addresses or names for the same person or household are not eligible and may be declined.

7. Exclusions and Fair Use

This guarantee applies to genuine, consistent use as outlined above. Claims may be declined if Kiri10 reasonably determines that:

  • Usage has been inconsistent or does not meet the requirements outlined in Section 2

  • There is evidence of misuse, reselling, or fraudulent claim activity

  • The required photos have not been provided or do not meet the criteria in Section 3

Please note: This guarantee is intended to support hair and scalp wellness in otherwise healthy individuals. It does not apply where hair loss is primarily caused by an underlying medical condition requiring medical treatment (including but not limited to alopecia, autoimmune conditions, hormonal disorders, or medication side effects). If you are experiencing sudden, severe, or patchy hair loss, we encourage you to speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

8. How to Submit a Claim

Email hello@kiri10.com with the subject line "180 Day Guarantee Claim" and include:

  • Your order number(s)

  • Your timestamped before and Day 180 photos

  • A brief description of your routine (how often you took KiriGlow and used the haircare products)

We will review your claim and respond as promptly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for assessment.


Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged Parcels

Whilst we do everything within our means to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that damage can occasionally occur in transit. When this happens, we aim to make the process as easy as possible.

Damaged parcels must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. To report a damaged order, please email hello@kiri10.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging

Please retain all original packaging where possible, as the courier company may need to inspect it.

Once your report is received, we will provide a prepaid return label. When the damaged items have been returned to our warehouse, a replacement order will be dispatched.

Returns — Change of Mind

Kiri10 accepts change of mind returns for products purchased through our online store, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days and proof of purchase is provided

  • The item is in its original condition — packaging must be unopened, unused, and unmarked

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for change of mind returns due to health and safety requirements. Cosmetic and supplement products are exempt from change of mind returns once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. The only exception is where a product is deemed faulty (see Faulty Definition below)

  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item bundle may be returned if the above conditions are met. Refunds will be calculated based on the items returned relative to the order amount paid, not RRP

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is deemed faulty

A refund of the purchase price, minus a 5% processing fee (to cover non-recoverable payment processing and administration costs) and any associated shipping fees, will be issued once all conditions are met and the returned product has been received back into our warehouse. Refunds are processed via the original payment method only.

Your rights under applicable consumer law — including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) and, for UK customers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — are additional to and not affected by this policy.

Please note: We do not offer a general money-back guarantee for individual results or change of mind once products have been opened or used. However, eligible customers who meet all requirements may apply under our 180 Day Growth Guarantee above.

Faulty Products

A supplement or personal care product is considered faulty if it arrives damaged, contaminated, or with a defect in packaging or formulation that could compromise its safety or intended use. This includes items that are broken, leaking, or have compromised seals upon arrival, or products that do not match the listed ingredients or specifications.

Important: Variations in individual results do not constitute a fault. However, quality or condition issues upon delivery are grounds for return, and we encourage you to contact us promptly if this occurs.

If your product meets the faulty definition above, email hello@kiri10.com as soon as possible with photos and your order details.

Wrong Order Received

If you have received an incorrect order, please email hello@kiri10.com as soon as it arrives. We will arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email hello@kiri10.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet been processed by our distribution team, we can issue a cancellation and full refund minus any non-recoverable processing fees

  • If your order has already been packed and dispatched, please refer to our Returns policy above once the order arrives
