Take two (2) capsules daily - with or without food. If you have a sensitive stomach or are new to supplements, we recommend taking them with food.
For best results, take both capsules at the same time. Any time of day works - just stick to a routine! Consistency is key.

SHAMPOO:
Lather up right: Rub a small amount between your hands until it's foamy before applying to your scalp. This activates the magic and helps the product go further, use more as required.
Scalp spa: Massage into your scalp for 3-5 minutes, boosts blood flow, which helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles.
Rinse thoroughly: Rinse your hair, if you have extra build up just repeat and rinse again.
CONDITIONER:
Mid-to-end magic: Apply a generous amount. Focusing on your mid-to-end strands. Use your fingers to work it through evenly.
Gravity trick: If hair fall is your nemesis, carefully turn your head upside down, gently comb through your hair. Takes the pressure off your follicles.
Soak it in: Leave the conditioner on for 5 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly to reveal your most gorgeous, healthy hair yet!
FANCY A HAIR MASK?
Combine our volume vitality conditioner with some drops of our hair serum to make a hair mask for ultimate softness and shine, leave-in overnight, wash out the next day.
SERUM GOLDEN RULES
Pre-Wash night before: Pop a few drops of serum through your scalp, either gently rub with fingers or use a scalp massager, leave in over-night, wash out next day.
After freshly washed hair: Start with fresh towel dried hair. Gently work serum through mid-to-end strands. Proceed to style your hair as desired.
Pre-Styling on non-wash days: Apply a small amount of your serum onto mid-to-end strands. Use a brush or comb to evenly distribute the serum and style your favourite look!
