I have never used a Subscription Programme before, how do I set this up?
Follow the steps below:
1. Choose the product you want.
2. Select the Subscribe and save option.
4. Click ADD TO CART.
5. You can choose to continue shopping or go to checkout if you are finished to complete your purchase.
Please note when choosing Subscriptions there are limitations to adding extra discount codes in, to find out more get in touch.
What payment methods do you accept for Subscriptions?
We accept credit card / debit card / Paypal payments for orders containing subscription products.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Afterpay cannot be used for subscriptions.
There is nowhere to add my discount code. Can I use a discount code?
There is limitations to what discount codes can be used on subscription products.

How will I know when my order has been sent?
You will receive a reminder email 5 days before we process your AutoDeliver order.
This is your chance to make any changes you might have to your order.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a separate email with your courier tracking information.
Ensure you save all our email addresses into your contacts so they never end up in Spam.
When will my credit / debit card / Paypal accountbe charged?
We will email you a reminder for your Subscription order 5 days before it's scheduled to be processed.
This gives you 5 days
notice before your credit / debit card / PayPal account will be charged.
You will be charged on the day your order is processed so please ensure the funds are available.
If you need to alter your delivery/order date, you can do this by following the instructions in the email.
What happens if my credit / debit card / Paypal account is declined?
If there is a problem with your payment, you will be sent a friendly notification email.
We will then attempt to process the order again over the next few days.
How do I change the delivery date of my order?
To do this, all you need to do is follow the instructions below:
1. Go to "Your account" in the main menu,.
2. Click "Manage My Subscription".
3. Go to the drop down menu "Manage Subscription"
4. Click "Update the next delivery date" to whatever suits you.
You can either delay your order, bring it forward, or skip it altogether - it's that easy.
What happens if my subscription order lands on a weekend or public holiday?
In this instance, your order will be processed on the next working day.
Our dispatch hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm
(with the exception of public holidays).
How do I cancel my order?
Our Subscription Programme is super flexible and you can cancel your order at any time, for any reason.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
1. Go to "Your account" in the main menu,.
2. Click "Manage My Subscriptions".
3. Go to the drop down menu "Manage Subscription".
4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
