 New Zealand shipping pricing

We offer free shipping to all of New Zealand, including rural areas for orders over $100.

Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $6 including Rural areas.

Overseas shipping pricing

We are delighted to offer shipping to both Australia and the United States, allowing customers in these regions to enjoy our products. Please note, however, that orders destined for these countries must meet a minimum purchase requirement of $100. This policy ensures that we can provide a sustainable and efficient shipping process, allowing us to maintain the quality of service our customers expect.

The Milk_Shake Range is not eligible for overseas shipping due to licensing terms.

Standard shipping information

We aim to provide you with a speedy and positive delivery service.

Before confirming any order please triple check your address is correct, if an order goes to an incorrect address but matches the order you placed, we (ourselves and the Courier Company) are not liable for these and the items will need to be replaced at your own expense. 

Once your order is received by our distribution team, these will be processed within 1-2 business days, our operating days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number, this will come through via NZ Post for NZ and DHL for overseas (please ensure you check your junk or spam folders before contacting us, if you have not received this email).

You can find estimated shipping times below, after leaving our warehouse we use a third party courier Company; we are not liable for any delays that may be incurred on their behalf, we do however aim to be very transparent and if any unforeseen delays are reported to us, we shall inform you to the best of our ability. 

If you would like the parcel to be left somewhere on your property, you can add this into the notes section when ordering. Please note, if you choose for the parcel to be left and the parcel goes missing, we cannot make a claim with the Courier Company, we are not liable and it will be at your own expense to replace the parcel.

Before placing an order, we suggest you check whether your property has an ATL (authority to leave) attached, this can be placed on a property by any previous owner and will not be removed unless the new owner requests it. Any Courier Company or postal service will override an order and leave the parcel, if this is attached to a property, we highly recommended to check this before ordering online.

You can manage your order and any changes via the Courier Company directly via the email sent to you, if you notice nothing has been updated for a day or two, first contact the Courier Company as they'll be able to best assist you, if any issues arrive when dealing with them please contact us at You will need to quote your tracking number (found in your email, please check your junk or spam folders).

New Zealand times

South island deliveries should take around 1-2 days. 

North Island 2-3 days.

Rural deliveries will take slightly longer.

Overseas times

Overseas orders, these can take anywhere between 3 to 7 days depending on your location (please be aware when ordering from overseas there may be taxes and duties payable at your end, we do not cover the costs of these). 

Please note: the delivery times above are an estimate only, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any third-party delays that may occur. These times may be extended over busy periods like the Festive Holidays.
