Whilst we do everything within our means to ensure your product arrives safely, we understand there may be times that damages occur. When this happens, we aim to make the returns process as easy as possible.
Simply send us an email to email@example.com and one of our friendly customer service team will be available to assist you. In the email include your full name, order number, photographs of the damaged product and a little description around what happened. DO NOT throw away any part of your items or packaging materials.
If you receive the wrong order or product, contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our friendly customer service team will be able to assist you.
Once an order is received and processed by our distribution team, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund. If you require a refund before it has been processed, we may be able to assist, please email email@example.com. All cancellations and refunds may incur a 5% admin fee to cover any costs we’ve incurred.

All faults, damages and dispatch errors must be reported to us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org, these must be reported within the first 7 days of the delivery date. For faults and damages, this is the time frame set via our Courier Company, if they are reported beyond this time frame we cannot make a claim.
All faulty or damaged products need to be returned to us before any new order/product is sent out to you. Please email email@example.com and one of our friendly team will be able to assist you. Please DO NOT throw away any part of the product or packaging, we will need to inspect this in house before we will accept any claim.
Due to strict worldwide health guidelines, we cannot accept any opened products for exchange, returns or refunds.
We do not offer exchange, returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases or offer a money back guarantee if you did not notice any visible differences. Supplements are best on a long-term basis as they need time to build up in your system and fight against various factors; we suggest making a commitment of at least 3-6 months to see if our products will be of benefit to you.
We are not liable for any reactions you may incur when taking the product, this does not deem the product faulty or damaged, every individual is different and if you believe you may be sensitive to any of the ingredients or have concerns about taking any of our products, we strongly recommend you consult your GP or healthcare provider first before taking the products. We can offer a refund on unopened products if you have bought a bundle and noticed reactions when taking the first bottle, please email our friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
