What do I need to know before joining?

Before you jump into the exciting world of Kiri10 Loyalty Rewards: here's the scoop:

You need to create a store account, ensure you use an email address you have full access to, a personal one is preferential. Some promotions will be time sensitive, and may run over a weekend.

By joining up, you're agreeing to our Terms & Conditions (read here).

Plus, you're giving us the thumbs up to email you with all your goodies - think benefits, vouchers, and freebie alerts.

Ensure to add hello@kiri10.com to your contacts, so you never miss out on any treats we send your way!

What is the Kiri10 Loyalty Rewards Club?

We're thrilled to roll out the red carpet for you with our Kiri10 Loyalty Rewards! Join up, start earning points with every referral and purchase you make. It's our way of rewarding you and saying thanks for choosing us — the more points you rack up, the bigger the savings on your purchases. Get ready to watch those points turn into perks!

Who can join?

Anyone, simply sign up and start earning points.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in all different types of ways including referring friends*, making purchases, birthday treats, writing us a review*, and following us on social media *.

* Refer a friend - you'll receive 100 points each when your friend makes their first purchase from us.

* You may write one review per product per month for eligible points - any other reviews will not count towards your points.

* You can earn points for following us on social media once per calendar year.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, nope, nada! Go ahead and earn as many as you can.

Do purchases made prior to me joining the Kiri10 loyalty rewards club count towards my point earnings?

Unfortunately, no, you won't be able to claim points on any previous purchases.

When we launched the Kiri10 Loyalty Rewards Club on 20th February 2024, we did recognise some pre-existing Kiri10 Customer Account holders with bonus points for outstanding loyalty. This was only available to customers that had recently purchased from us and points were allocated purely at the discretion of Kiri10 Limited.

How do I redeem my points?

After you've signed up, in your customer portal select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. There will also be a minimum spend requirement, these are different depending on the reward.

By signing up you'll also receive member only benefits: think first access to new products, insider access and more.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Can I still earn points under the subscription programme?

Yes, absolutely! You’ll earn double points every time your subscription is processed.

Can I still use discount codes to purchase products?

Yes, absolutely! Your points will be calculated on the total $ you spend at checkout after discount codes have been applied and shipping (if applicable) has been added on.

You can only use one discount code, or reward voucher per order.
