Immunity Boosting Wellness Berry Delicious Smoothie

So, you’ve been following us on socials (thank you, by the way!), and you might have seen my amazing immunity-boosting smoothie pop up in your feed recently. Well, guess what? I’m spilling all the juicy (and healthy!) details on what goes into this powerhouse drink and why it’s a non-negotiable part of my daily routine.

The Ingredients & Their Superpowers:

1. Frozen Blueberries, Boysenberries, Cranberries, Pineapple: These berries and fruit are like tiny superheroes! They’re packed with antioxidants that fight off free radicals and inflammation, keeping your immune system in tip-top shape. Plus, they’re loaded with vitamin C, which is basically your immune system’s best friend.

2. Frozen Feijoa: This tropical beauty is a vitamin C powerhouse and full of dietary fiber, giving your digestion and immune system the support they need to keep you feeling fantastic. We have two incredible tree's in the back garden, but we couldn't keep up with how much fruit came off, our solution, freeze them for smoothies - genius you say? Why thank you we thought so.

We buy a huge box for $20 from our local dairy, peel and freeze!

6. Vital All-in-One Greens Powder: This is your all-in-one nutrient bomb. It’s packed with vitamins, minerals, and probiotics – all the essentials your body needs to stay energized and ready to tackle anything. I feel so fatigued if I don't have this daily.

  • 1/4 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup of Frozen Boysenberries
  • 1/4 Cup of Frozen Cranberries 
  • 1/4 Cup of Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 x Frozen Banana
  • 2 x KiriGlow Capsules (thrown in whole)
  • 1 x chunk of ginger (thrown in whole)
  • 1 x Tbsp of honey (or simply a good squeeze)
  • 1 x Tbsp of natural almonds
  • 1 x Tbsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 x Tbsp of flaxseeds
  • 1 x Tbsp of chia seeds
  •  1 x scoop of Vital All-In-One Greens Powder
  • 1 x scoop of vegan protein powder
  • 1 x scoop of bovine collagen
